Free Social Ride to the Hospital and City Centre21 Sep 2019
Cycling to work is a great way to build exercise into daily life and de-stress. There’s no better feeling than whizzing past rush hour traffic, knowing that you are not only staying active, but also reducing congestion, and improving the environment.
Do you want to cycle to work but are not sure of the best route? Join us for free, relaxed cycling rides along Norwich’s safe and dedicated Pedalways to try it for yourself.
You can choose to join at the start or the pick up points listed– do register your interest here so we know to expect you. Please ensure you are at your meeting point and ready to ride so we can pick you up on the way.
Each ride will last around an hour, and will be at a gentle, relaxed pace – no one will be left behind.
On Saturday 21st September, we’ll be exploring the Pink and Blue Pedalways:
- The ride begins at 09:30 from St Andrew’s Hall, St Andrew’s Plain in Norwich.
- We will ride to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital following the Pink Pedalway, then head south along the Purple Pedalway, joining the Blue Pedalway in Eaton for 10:15 for our second pick up outside The Willow Centre, Cringleford.
- The ride will continue along the Blue Pedalway back to St Andrew’s Hall in the city centre.
